CRISIS RESPONSE REGISTER-Beirut Explosion
By undefined | Categories: Water Articles | 14th August 2020 | Edit | Delete

The Crisis Response Register was created following the Beirut Port disaster on August 4th 2020. It is a list of water sector professionals from around the world who are prepared to be contacted (by aid and disaster relief agencies) in the event of a disaster to see if they can apply their professional knowledge to assist.

By adding your name to the Crisis Response Register you are not making any commitment. You are simply confirming that you would be open to being approached should a crisis occur where your particular water sector skills could help.

Whether you work within a water utility directly, or are part of the supply chain your input, and perhaps that of your organisation, could be the thing that makes a difference.

Here is a three minute video explaining what the Crisis Response Register is and why it was formed: https://isle.andeye.com/CRR
